Together with American Express, the National Trust for Historic Preservation are offering the Backing Historic Small Restaurants Grant Program to aid restaurant recovery amid ongoing challenges related to the pandemic.  The focus is on independent small restaurants that have been in business for more than 25 years, operate in historic buildings or neighborhoods, and have been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic.

Grant applications and public nominations will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on April 4, 2022.
